All products are made with a quality 3D printer using biodegradable PLA plastic at the time of order.  Colour may vary from picture shown and all products are unpainted.  Due to the nature of the printing process, some artifacts may remain.

Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct heat/sunlight should be avoided.

Our products are MADE TO ORDER.  Please note printing time is subject to our amount of currently processing orders, availability of materials, holidays.

Since NONE of our shipping services guarantee their ship times, neither can we. Purchasing does NOT guarantee it will get to you in time and it does NOT come with a money-back guarantee.  Please ensure to order well in advance to make sure your items get to you in time.  If you are in the Gauteng (Centurion) area, you are also welcome to come and pick up your order once completed.  Should you wish to pick up your order from us, please send your order via email to avoid shipping costs at check out.

Products are fragile, and complex and breakage during shipping may occur.  Should your order be too big to fit in a standard shipping bag, additional shipping costs may occur.  Delivery will take place in weekdays, and an address should be supplied where someone will be available to always sign for the delivery.
